Venue Lighting

Q..Are you insured and is the Equipment PAT tested.

A..Yes I carry £10 million Public Liability Insurance, also all the electrical equipment is PAT tested every year all for your safety and peace of mind, I can send you or the venue the certificates if needed.

Q..Is the lighting that you use safe.

A..Yes all the floor mounted lighting that we use gives out no heat as they use LED technology, any lights that gets hot are mounted overhead.

Q..Can we pick what colours we want and do they all have to be the same colour?

A..Yes you can choose the colours that will complement your colour scheme; we can alternate the colours if you have more than 1 colour in mind.

Q..Do i have to have the lights on a static colour.

A..I do find that during the wedding breakfast they are better left static, and when the party starts have them on a slow colour scroll or even changing colours to the music. You are the client they can be set any way you want.

Q..How many lights will i need to light my venue.

A..There are lots of factors to take into account, the spacing of the lights is the main one, they look best spaced 3 to 5 meters apart that is not always possible due to obstacles like windows, doors and the placement of tables in the room.

Q..Can I afford your services.

A..I would like to think the answer is yes. It’s so hard to give a firm price as there are so many variables to take into account like the number of lights required and the venue location. I offer a discount off the lighting if you were to also book a disco.
